5 Days
Sacred Breathwork & Plant Medicine Retreat
17. - 21. OCTOBER 2024
In a small group of six people, we’ll spend five days (4 nights) together in a beautiful finca in Mallorca. The heart of our retreat is the San Pedro Plant Medicine Ceremony, a powerful experience that brings deep healing and insights.
We’ll also have a transformative Breathwork session, an energetic reading, a cacao ceremony and practices to cleanse and prepare our bodies and minds. Throughout the retreat, we’ll share our experiences and support each other in daily integration talks.
You’ll enjoy delicious detox meals, a comfortable stay in a twin room and the warm company of a small, supportive group.

I’m Chiara, 31-year-young, originally from Germany, now based on this beautiful island Mallorca for the past 2.5 years.
My journey began 9 years ago — a journey of self-discovery and growth that has filled my heart with wonder ever since.
I’m trained in the field of coaching, psychology, NLP, hypnosis, regression, shamanic practices and other amazing modalities such as rebirthing breathwork and somatic energy alignment.
While I initially focused more on coaching and psychological approaches, my journey led me deeper and deeper into the space of the heart, exploring the depths of emotions, energies, intuition and the profound connection between our bodies and spirits.
At present, I concentrate on Rebirthing Breathwork and Somatic Energy Work, as they offer deeply impactful healing benefits.
Every soul is very unique and I am happy to support people on their personal journey back to themselfs.

Javier Capo
I am a passionate facilitator with years of experience in holistic healing, personal development, and shamanism.
My shamanic journey began in 2010 when I met a shaman from Peru who became my mentor. I learned reading techniques from him and worked closely with medicinal plants until I received permission to guide the use of sacred plants, particularly San Pedro. Since then, I have personally supported and guided numerous ceremonies.
I offer individual therapies with readings on 4 levels—physical, energetic, mental, and emotional—and specialize in harmonizing these fields through my shamanic bodywork. This is supported by my 15 years of experience in holistic massage.
In addition to my shamanic and holistic bodywork, I have a background in somatic therapy (dearmouring), nonviolent communication and detox.

REBIRTHING Breathwork
We offer Rebirthing Breathwork, one of the most powerful breathing techniques that can connect you deeply with yourself and your subconscious mind. These special sessions will support you in releasing stored emotions and energetic blockages, helping you gain clarity and enhance your natural energy flow.

PLANT MEDICINE
Known as the Master Plant or Heart Opener (Maestro Corazón), San Pedro is a sacred cactus from the Andes, used for millennia in shamanic rituals. This plant offers immense healing potential, expanded consciousness, deep insights and clarity.
However, it’s not for everyone. We conduct a reading first to ensure we can work together safely.
